As a prominent Maruti Suzuki dealer in Indore , Rukmani Motors Pvt. Ltd. requires an MIS Manager who can bridge the gap between complex dealership data (Sales, Service, Spareparts and Accessories ) and actionable business insights.

Job Description: MIS Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Data Consolidation : Aggregate daily, weekly, and monthly data from various branches regarding vehicle sales, service intake, and spare parts inventory.
- Performance Dashboards : Create and manage real-time dashboards for KPIs such as CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) , Service Load , Retail Targets , and Enquiry-to-Booking conversion ratios .
- MSIL Reporting : Ensure timely and accurate submission of all mandatory reports to Maruti Suzuki portals.
- Inventory Analysis : Monitor aging stock (vehicles and MGP/MGA accessories) to minimize dead stock and optimize working capital.
- Financial Insight : Assist the Finance team in reconciling sales incentives,



discounts, and labor revenue vs. targets.
- Audit Support : Prepare data documentation for internal and MSIL external audits to ensure process transparency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education : Bachelor’s degree.

- Technical Proficiency :

- Expert-level Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query).

- Experience with DMS (Dealer Management System) software.

- Familiarity with Data Visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau) is highly preferred.

- Experience :t. 5-8 years in MIS/Data Analytics.

- Analytical Mindset : Ability to spot trends, anomalies, and opportunities for cost-saving within raw data.
