Job Summary PC CHEMICALS & MINERALS is looking for a confident, target-driven, and growth-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Lawrence Road, Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current business opportunities.
- Generate leads through calling, market research, referrals, and field/client outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/solutions.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and pricing details with customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and order requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, logistics, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, follow-up reports, and pipeline updates.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand.




- Work towards monthly sales targets and revenue growth.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience is required.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads, follow up, close deals, and meet targets.
- B2B sales experience is preferred.
- Experience in industrial sales, chemical/mineral distribution, trading, manufacturing, or supply chain-related sales will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of chemicals and minerals is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Must be willing to learn product details and understand customer requirements.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, ambitious, and target-oriented.
- Should be comfortable working from office 6 days a week.
