JOB TITLE - Intune Support Engineer # Experience 10+ Years # Location Chennai (Primary) / Hyderabad (Secondary) # Work Mode Hybrid # Job Summary # Key Responsibilities - Administer and manage Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM). - Configure and manage Windows Autopilot for device enrollment, provisioning, and lifecycle management. - Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and Compliance Policies. - Create and maintain Configuration Profiles, Security Policies, and Compliance Policies. - Administer Endpoint Security controls including Microsoft Defender and BitLocker. - Manage Patch Management, Windows Update Rings, and OS Upgrade Deployments. - Configure and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). - Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and troubleshooting. - Work with Microsoft Graph API for administration and automation tasks. - Manage Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android Enterprise devices. - Monitor compliance reports and remediate endpoint issues. - Troubleshoot complex endpoint management and device compliance issues. - Support enterprise users and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
