- Sales Growth : Take full ownership of top-line revenue growth across these new channels, implementing strategies to maximize product visibility and conversions.
- Operations & Compliance : Oversee daily e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless inventory management, accurate product listings, order fulfillment, and platform policy compliance.
- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor,

and manage a small team consisting of one Social Media Marketer and one E-Commerce Assistant.
- Problem Solving : Act as the primary roadblock-remover for all listing issues, dispatch delays, account health issues, or technical glitches.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager with a strong track record in marketplace operations and onboarding processes.
- An absolute go-getter with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and coordinate a small operational team.
- Excellent operational execution skills with a high attention to detail.

Benefits & Compensation :

- Salary : Industry standard (commensurate with experience).
- Leaves : Paid sick leaves provided.
- Growth : Full autonomy to execute your growth strategies and scale a fast-moving business vertical.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Benefits :

- Commuter assistance
