Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role,
you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent across various departments,

Qualifications:

- 2 - 5 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing & project based industry.
- Solid understanding of technical roles and relevant skills (e.g., Design, Production, Quality, Safety,
Accounts, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience using recruiting tools and platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
