Role Overview

We are hiring a Quality Analyst to ensure the quality and consistency of our Sales and Student Counselling operations.

This is a non-technical QA role and does not require software testing or technical testing experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and audit sales and student counselling calls on a regular basis.
- Evaluate calls based on communication, counselling approach, product knowledge, need analysis, objection handling, follow-up, and conversion techniques.




- Ensure counsellors provide correct and updated information about UG/PG programs, eligibility, fees, admission process, and other relevant details.
- Maintain and update QA scorecards for individual team members.
- Identify gaps in calls and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Check adherence to approved scripts, sales processes, and company guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits of CRM entries, lead status, follow-ups, and call dispositions.
- Identify repeated errors and highlight key improvement areas to the management.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
- Work closely with Sales Managers and Counsellors to improve call quality and overall performance.
- Track feedback and monitor whether identified issues have been corrected.
- Escalate major quality, compliance, or customer-related concerns when required.
- Suggest practical improvements to sales and counselling processes.
- Participate in calibration meetings and quality review sessions.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
