Senior Performance Marketing Manager (PPC)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across:

- Google Ads (Search, Display & YouTube)

- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

- LinkedIn Ads

- Programmatic Platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, Taboola, Outbrain)

- OTT Platforms (Hotstar, Prime Video, etc.)

- Manage media planning, budgeting, campaign execution, and scaling.

- Improve campaign performance by optimizing CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, audience targeting, creatives, bidding strategies, and marketing funnels.

- Set up and manage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and attribution models.

- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve performance.

- Conduct A/B testing on advertisements, landing pages, and audience segments.

- Build and optimize retargeting campaigns, lookalike audiences, and full-funnel marketing strategies.

- Identify new growth opportunities and recommend performance marketing initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing/PPC.

- Robust expertise in:

- Google Ads

- Meta Ads Manager





- LinkedIn Campaign Manager

- YouTube Ads

- DV360

- The Trade Desk

- Taboola

- Outbrain

- OTT Advertising Platforms

- Experience managing high-budget advertising campaigns.

- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

- Experience with D2C or eCommerce brands is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Google Ads Certification
- Meta Certification
- Experience with CRO tools such as VWO or Optimizely
- Landing page optimization experience
