Role Overview : A Jewelry Field Merchandiser is responsible for visiting retail stores, ensuring proper display of jewelry products, maintaining brand standards, and driving sales through visual merchandising and stock management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Visit assigned retail stores regularly to manage jewelry displays
- Ensure products are presented attractively (cleaning, polishing, arranging)
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines and seasonal displays
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
- Build strong relationships with store staff and managers
- Train store staff on product knowledge and selling techniques
- Track sales performance and provide feedback to the company
- Ensure security and proper handling of high-value jewelry items
- Report competitor activities and market trends

Required Skills :

- Knowledge of jewelry (gold, diamond, gemstones preferred)
- Solid visual merchandising sense
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Basic sales understanding

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
