Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor civil construction works at site (RCC, finishing, earthwork, roads, drainage, etc.)
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Plan daily activities and allocate manpower and resources
- Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with standards
- Ensure site safety rules and regulations are strictly followed
- Maintain daily site reports, work progress, and material usage records
- Identify and resolve site issues and report technical problems to the Site Engineer/Project Manager
- Check material deliveries and ensure proper storage at site
- Assist in inspections, measurements, and handover activities

Requirements & Qualifications





- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3-8 years of experience in civil construction supervision (project-dependent)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Positive leadership, communication, and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of quality control and site documentation

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
