Key Responsibilities :
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical roles within a software product environment
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective hiring strategies
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer management. : What We're Looking For :
- 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on direct sourcing :
- Proven experience hiring for software product technology companies :
- Robust expertise in LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, and talent mapping
- Experience managing multiple technical roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
