Job Description: IT Recruiter

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and technical skills needed.
- Schedule and manage technical interviews and follow-ups.
- Negotiate offers and assist in the offer rollout process .
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and IT talent market .
- Maintain recruitment records in ATS or HR systems .

Required Skills :

- Robust understanding of IT roles and technologies .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
- Ability to evaluate technical resumes .
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field .

- Experience recruiting for roles such as Developers, DevOps, QA, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, etc. :

- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools .

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
