Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Generate high-quality B2B leads for business visa and expansion services
- Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as CPL (Cost per Lead), CTR, and ROI
- Conduct audience demographic targeting business owners, entrepreneurs, and decisionmakers
- Manage ad budgets and ensure maximum efficiency in spend
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare detailed reports
- Continuously test and improve campaigns through A/B testing
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital and performance marketing
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in digital/performance marketing or related field.
- Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation strategies
- Experience in campaign optimization
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics
- Good communication and analytical skills and interpersonal skills
- Experience in service-based or consulting industry marketing
- Understanding of international business, visa, or immigration-related services is a plus
- Immediate joiner preferred
- Based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad
