The Communication and Soft Skills Trainer will design and deliver training programs focused on business communication, leadership, and people skills. This is a full-time, 6-day, in-office role .

- 6-7 years of experience in language training, soft skills, and leadership development
- Proven experience designing and delivering classroom, virtual, and blended training programs
- Robust expertise in business communication, professional language skills,



and behavioral training
- Hands-on experience delivering leadership and people management programs for managers
- Ability to conduct training needs analysis and customize content based on business requirements
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Strong command of spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus)
- A confident, engaging facilitator with a strong executive presence
- Passionate about adult learning and behavior change
- Comfortable working with diverse audiences, including senior leaders
- Business-oriented, practical, and solution-focused in training delivery
- Highly adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Strong emotional intelligence with a coaching mindset
- Proactive, self-driven, and committed to continuous learning
- Willingness to work in a 6-day work week environment
