Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

- Create, manage, and optimize campaigns, ad sets, and ads :

- Monitor daily performance and make execution-level changes to budgets, targeting, creatives, and bidding

- Track and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and spend :

- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and ad copies

- Ensure proper setup of conversion tracking, pixels, and events :

- Prepare basic performance reports and share insights with the team

- Coordinate with the content/design team for ad creatives and copies

- Stay updated with platform changes, ad policies, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1+ year of hands-on experience managing performance ad platforms

- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager :





- Clear understanding of performance marketing metrics and funnels

- Experience in making live optimizations and scaling winning campaigns

- Basic knowledge of landing pages and conversion optimization :

- Comfortable working with data, numbers, and reports

- Detail-oriented with a strong execution mindset

Positive to Have (Not Mandatory)

- Experience with eCommerce :

- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or Shopify :

- Understanding of remarketing and audience segmentation

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
