Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive / Manager who can manage end-to-end digital marketing activities including content creation, social media management, lead generation campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.

Salary Range : ₹30,000 - ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Content & Design

- Design marketing creatives, posts, banners, and promotional material using Canva and other design tools :

- Use AI tools for content generation, marketing automation, and campaign optimization

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for lead generation and brand building :

- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn marketing, and SEO activities :

- Run WhatsApp marketing campaigns for customer engagement and lead nurturing

Branding & Customer Engagement

- Manage and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms :

- Develop strategies for brand awareness, customer connect, and digital visibility :

- Create and publish blogs, case studies, and thought leadership content

Campaign Monitoring & Analytics





- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools :

- Monitor website traffic, leads, and campaign ROI

- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead generation and conversion rates

Coordination & Execution

- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution, website updates, and marketing initiatives :

- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and AI-based marketing solutions

Requirements :

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field :

- 2-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience :

- Strong experience with Canva, AI tools, and content marketing :

- Experience with SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing :

- Positive knowledge of lead generation strategies and digital branding :

- Strong communication and creative content writing skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience managing LinkedIn marketing campaigns :

- Basic knowledge of WordPress or CMS platforms :

- Prior experience in real estate, SaaS, or the technology industry

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
