You will be a trusted partner to the business, providing impeccable service to help hire only the best for our business units including Ascensia Diabetes Care ,Epredia ,etc. Our location : Mumbai What you’ll be doing for us : You will be helping us attract and hire talent across all our corporate functions for Ascensia Diabetes Care, Epredia, PHC Indonesia,etc. You will execute various sourcing strategies including internet job boards, networking, social media, resume mining. You will be an advocate for our ATS, Workday, and guide managers where necessary. You will engage in other projects as assigned. Skills & competencies you’ll need for success : Bachelor's Degree is required. 1-2 years of Talent Acquisition experience. Experience with the recruiting module of Workday is preferred. You must be a strong communicator, highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced workplace. You are results driven with a customer service orientation. You are a self-starter who works well independently and as a team member. Knowledge of the medical device industry is a plus. Regional experience is a plus. LI-JS
