Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Coordinate with OEM-approved vendors for parts and consumables

Expedite the delivery of parts at service location.

Ensure timely availability of required materials. Monitor urgent and VOR (Vehicle Off Road) part requirements

Ensure supplied materials meet OEM and dealership quality requirements. Address quality issues with vendors

Ensure compliance with approved procurement policies

Coordinate with Service Advisors, Workshop Controller, Parts Department, Body Shop, Finance, and Procurement teams

Resolve supply-related issues impacting customer vehicle delivery

Experience

BE /B Tech - 5-10 yrs

Industry Preferred

EV & Auto / Auto Ancillary

Qualifications : B.E. / B.Tech
