Key Responsibilities :

- Measure every sample garment against approved specification sheets and measurement tolerances.
- Prepare detailed fit reports with clear technical comments, measurement deviations, and recommended corrections.
- Organize and coordinate fit sessions, including scheduling models, preparing garments, and documenting observations.
- Maintain a diverse fit model community across genders, body types, and size ranges.
- Recruit and onboard new fit models as required for category and size expansion.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of fit models, including body measurements, photographs, availability, and sizing profiles.
- Develop and maintain fit mannequins, body forms, and reference standards that accurately represent Ishmat’s approved body blocks.
- Attend all fit sessions alongside the Product Development and Design teams.
- Evaluate garment balance, proportion, silhouette, comfort, mobility, compression, and overall wear experience.
- Assess garment performance during functional movement, including squats, lunges, running, stretching, and overhead reach where applicable.
- Record, communicate,



and track all fit revisions until final approval.
- Ensure grading consistency and proportional balance across the complete size range.
- Archive approved measurements, fit reports, and sample history for future reference.
- Collaborate closely with Pattern Makers, Garment Technologists, Designers, and factories to achieve consistent fit standards.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in premium activewear, sportswear, performance apparel, or intimate apparel.
- Excellent garment measuring and fit evaluation skills.
- Strong understanding of grading, measurement tolerances, and garment balance.
- Knowledge of body ergonomics, garment movement, and stretch fabric behaviour.
- Exceptional attention to detail with exact point-to-point technical communication.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills for managing multiple fit models, schedules, and product categories.
- Ability to identify subtle fit issues and translate observations into clear, actionable technical feedback.
