- Install solar power plants at residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
- Perform proper wiring and electrical connections for solar systems.
- Install and configure solar inverters as per technical standards.
- Handle net meter installation.
- Ensure correct panel mounting, alignment, and structure setup.
- Test system performance after installation and ensure smooth commissioning.
- Identify and resolve installation-related issues and faults.
- Follow safety procedures and use proper tools during installation work.
- Maintain installation reports and documentation for each site.
- Travel to different locations for installation and support activities.
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in solar plant installation.
- Strong knowledge of wiring, net metering, and inverter installation.
- Practical field experience with ability to handle installation work independently.
