- Supervise technicians and mechanics on the workshop floor
- Allocate repair and service work to mechanics
- Monitor job progress and ensure work quality
- Coordinate with service advisors and customers
- Maintain workshop discipline and workflow
- Ensure vehicles are delivered on time
Requirements :
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in automobile workshop
- Experience in truck / heavy vehicle service is an advantage
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Basic knowledge of vehicle repair process
Salary : ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
