Job Title: Senior Production Engineer (Pipe Facing Machine Division)
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Production Planning : Oversee the end-to-end manufacturing process for pipe facing machines, ensuring production targets are met on time.
- Technical Supervision : Supervise assembly, machining, and fabrication processes specifically related to tube and pipe tools.
- Quality Control : Maintain strict adherence to precision engineering standards and conduct thorough inspections of finished units.
- Process Optimization : Identify bottlenecks in the production line and implement efficient workflows to improve output and reduce waste.
- Team Coordination : Lead and mentor a team of technicians and operators, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Inventory Management : Monitor raw material levels and coordinate with the procurement team to prevent production delays.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education : B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience :
3 to 6 years of experience in production or manufacturing (experience in industrial tools or heavy machinery is highly preferred).
- Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of machining processes, engineering drawings, and assembly of mechanical equipment.
- Leadership : Proven ability to manage a production floor and handle workforce challenges.
- Communication : Fluent in Hindi and English; ability to communicate technical requirements clearly.
