AC Technician Skills : The air conditioning technicians should be able to work in places where they are exposed to dust, fumes, noise, toxic materials and high voltage equipment.
They should also be capable of working in confined and hot spaces like roofs, crawl ways and attics.
Electrician responsibilities and duties
- Install, maintain, modify and repair all electrical distribution systems and associated electrical equipment
- Remain in compliance with current National Electric Code
- Inspect and test components of electrical systems, including transformers, transfer switches and switch gears
- Complete work orders and record material utilized on jobs
- Run computer cables, connect computer jacks and plugs and test for adequate operation
- Utilize blueprints,
wiring diagrams and manufacturer’s installation manuals to complete assigned projects
- Survey electrical systems, circuits and plans
Plumber responsibilities and duties
- Perform routine maintenance of plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Respond to plumbing calls from our general contracting team
- Install plumbing systems in new construction and rehab properties
- Work with our Expeditor to obtain permits for plumbing work to be performed
- Adhere to current rules and regulations related to plumbing so that systems pass inspection the first time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
