Instruments Technician, (ITI IMCP) & Instrument Mechanic - Chemical Industry

Job Title : Instrument Technician(ITI IMCP or IM)

Location : Bharuch

Job Overview : Key Responsibilities :

- Install, maintain, calibrate, and repair instrumentation and control systems, including pressure, temperature, flow, level, and analytical instruments.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in instrumentation and control systems, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and P&IDs; (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams).
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on instrumentation and control equipment.
- Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and other maintenance personnel to ensure smooth operation of the manufacturing process.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.




- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and calibration activities.
- Participate in plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and other maintenance activities as required.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, current technologies, and best practices in instrumentation and control.

Qualifications and Experience :

- ITI in Instrumentation or IMCP certification, or a related technical qualification.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in a chemical manufacturing setting.
