We are looking for a skilled Electrician Cum Plumber to support our site execution team in delivering safe, productive, and high-standard electrical and plumbing works.

Job Summary The Electrician Cum Plumber will be responsible for executing electrical wiring, plumbing installations, maintenance, and repair works at residential construction sites. The role requires coordination with site engineers, supervisors, and other technical teams to ensure timely and quality completion of work.

Key Responsibilities Electrical Works:

- Install electrical wiring, conduits, switches, sockets, DB boards, and lighting fixtures.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and layout plans.
- Perform wiring for residential buildings (concealed & surface).
- Install and test MCBs, ELCBs, earthing systems, and load distribution panels.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform repairs.




- Ensure safety compliance and proper load management.

Plumbing Works :

- Install water supply lines (CPVC/PVC), drainage lines, and sanitary fittings.
- Fix bathroom fittings, kitchen plumbing, overhead tank connections, and sump lines.
- Read and execute plumbing drawings.
- Conduct leak testing and pressure testing.
- Repair and maintain plumbing systems during and after project completion.

Skills & Requirements

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in residential construction projects.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and plumbing codes.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Experience in concealed wiring and concealed plumbing systems.
- Basic knowledge of motor pump installation and water level controllers.
- Physically fit and able to work on-site.
- ITI certification (Electrician / Plumbing) preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
