Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Field Sales Executive at Discount Villa – Loyalty Membership Cards. The Field Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and approaching potential customers, presenting Discount Villa’s membership benefits, and closing sales in assigned territories. The role includes scheduling and attending client meetings, conducting product demonstrations at partner locations or customer sites, and following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals. The Field Sales Executive maintains accurate records of sales activities, prepares regular performance reports,



and collaborates with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies. The role also involves building long-term relationships with customers, gathering feedback from the field, and representing Discount Villa in a professional manner at events and promotional activities.
Qualifications

- Strong field sales and direct customer acquisition skills, including prospecting, lead follow-up, and deal closure.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to explain membership perks clearly and build trust.
- Customer service and relationship management capabilities, with a focus on retention and repeat business.
- Basic knowledge of travel, hospitality, or lifestyle products and an interest in loyalty programs and memberships.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- Comfort with using mobile devices and CRM or sales tracking tools to record and report activities.
- Valid authorization to work, and willingness to travel locally for client visits and partner meetings as needed.
- Previous experience in field sales, retail sales, or hospitality sales is preferred but not mandatory; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, and further education in business or marketing is an advantage.
