Role Description The Senior Human Resources Recruiter at Xcent is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening applications, and conducting interviews. The recruiter will coordinate selection processes, manage offer negotiations, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate recruitment records, tracking key hiring metrics, and supporting employer branding initiatives.



The role involves collaborating with HR and business leadership to improve recruitment strategies, uphold inclusive hiring practices, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and HR partners.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and professional networking tools.
- Sound understanding of HR best practices, talent acquisition strategies, and employment policies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in campus hiring, lateral hiring, and leadership hiring is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced HR certifications are a plus.
- Commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive hiring practices and maintaining confidentiality of candidate information.
- Prior experience in a senior or lead recruitment role, preferably within a corporate or consulting environment.
