? Position Details

- Designation: Compliance Engineer / Senior Compliance Engineer
- Industry: Compliance, Testing, Certification & Inspection
- Work Location: Gurugram, Haryana
- Employment Type: Full-time, Work from Office
- Salary: ₹2.4–4.5 LPA (Fixed)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a testing laboratory operating under ISO/IEC 17025 — Mandatory
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
- Total Vacancies: 3

Department-wise Openings:

- Electrical/Electronics: 1 position
- Chemical/Textile: 2 positions

? Educational Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate qualifications in relevant engineering or science disciplines are preferred, including:

- B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical or Electronics & Communication Engineering
- M.Sc. in Chemistry
- B.Tech. in Chemical or Textile Engineering

?️ Required Skills & Knowledge

For Electrical/Electronics:

- Training or working knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025.
- Mandatory familiarity with IEC 60335 series standards for household electrical appliances and IEC 62368 for audio/video and information and communication technology equipment.
- Understanding of product classification,



technical specifications, intended use, and applicable international standards.
- Knowledge of product compliance requirements and acceptance/rejection criteria.

For Chemical/Textile:

- Familiarity with testing parameters for apparel, textile, leather, and footwear products.
- Knowledge of applicable test methods, product composition, and relevant product specifications.

Common Requirements:

- Ability to evaluate and interpret test reports, compliance reports, and inspection reports.
- Competence in technical evaluation, report review, and identification of deviations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Good coordination, communication, and team management skills.

? Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical evaluations and review product compliance under the Type 1a certification scheme.
- Evaluate test reports, compliance documentation, and inspection/audit reports, including reports from client-site activities.
- Develop technical protocols based on applicable regulations and standards.
- Prepare technical evaluation and compliance reports, identifying and addressing deviations.
- Analyse and interpret technical data and submit evaluation results for final decision-making by the Senior Manager.
- Conduct on-site evaluations during testing, inspection, and audit activities performed by subcontracted agencies.
