Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Senior Interior Designer / Architect. The person in this role will lead interior design and architecture projects from concept to completion, including space planning, design development, and coordination with clients and consultants. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing construction drawings, selecting and specifying FF&E;, overseeing site execution, and ensuring adherence to design intent, timelines, and quality standards. The role also involves guiding junior team members, attending client meetings, managing project documentation, and coordinating with contractors and vendors. The Senior Interior Designer / Architect is expected to contribute strategic design input, maintain project budgets and schedules,



and uphold the firm’s design standards.
Qualifications

- Strong interior design and space planning skills, with the ability to develop functional and well-resolved layouts.
- Proficiency in architecture and construction drawings, including detailing and coordination for execution on site.
- Experience with FF&E; selection, specification, and coordination, including materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting.
- Advanced skills in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite) and general digital literacy.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated experience (senior-level) managing end-to-end interior or architectural projects, preferably in residential and/or commercial sectors.
- Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present concepts clearly to clients and project stakeholders.
- Robust project management abilities, including time management, budgeting, and coordination with contractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of local building codes, construction practices, and Mumbai-specific regulatory requirements is an advantage.
