We are Hiring: Telecalling / Telesales Executive (Real Estate)

We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive with a proven track record in the Real Estate sector to join our office in Sector 32, Rohini, New Delhi.

If you know how to pitch property developments, engage prospective property buyers, and schedule qualified site visits, we would love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle outbound calls on targeted investor/buyer databases and manage incoming property inquiries.
- Clearly present residential, plotted, and commercial project details, USPs, and connectivity advantages to clients.
- Understand client requirements, budget constraints, and purchase intent to recommend suitable properties.
- Schedule and coordinate on-ground site visits for our sales and advisory team.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and update daily call progress, feedback, and pipeline records.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience:



1–3+ years in real estate telecalling or inside sales (experience with plotted developments or North Delhi / NCR micro-markets is a plus).
- Communication: Clear, confident, and professional speaking skills in Hindi and working English.
- Skillset: Strong persuasion skills, persistent follow-up discipline, and familiarity with phone/CRM workflows.
- Work Mode: Full-time, On-site (Office based in Sector 32, Rohini).
