Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager, based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Social Media Manager will plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms, manage daily posting schedules, and optimize content to increase reach and engagement. Responsibilities include developing content strategies aligned with brand objectives, writing posts and captions, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting campaigns based on analytics. The role also involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams to highlight key properties,



responding to audience queries and comments, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow online presence.
- Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy and Writing to create targeted, engaging, and on-brand content.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact with internal teams and external audiences effectively.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), analytics tools, and basic design tools is a must.
