Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India. The position involves supporting day-to-day power distribution operations, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting in resolving customer concerns related to electricity services. Responsibilities may include data entry and documentation, following established procedures and safety guidelines, and using company systems to track service requests and maintain accurate records. The role also requires collaboration with colleagues to meet performance targets,



adherence to regulatory and company standards, and proactive communication to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Qualifications

- Ability to work with basic computer applications and internal software systems to manage data and documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members professionally.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow structured processes and safety protocols.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the capacity to respond to operational issues in a timely and responsible manner.
- Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in utilities, infrastructure, or customer service environments is an advantage.
