Hi we are hiring South Indian Chef for our current cafe in Bhiwandi, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities & Skills :
- Specialized Cooking : Expertise in dosa preparation (crispy/soft), idli steaming, and traditional curries, including Chettinad specialties.
- Menu Development : Designing authentic menus and creating new, creative, or specialized South Indian dishes.
- Operational Management : Managing ingredient inventory, controlling food costs, and supervising kitchen staff.
- Quality & Safety : Maintaining strict hygiene, food safety, and consistency standards, adhering to kitchen regulations.
- Cultural Expertise : Deep understanding of traditional techniques, such as fermentation for batter, coconut grating, and tempering with spices.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
