About the Role : We are a premium resto-bar on MG Road looking for a Senior Pan Asian Chef whose absolute core strength is authentic Korean cuisine. We need an experienced culinary professional who can elevate our Asian menu. While your primary focus will be delivering premium Korean dishes, you will also be required to execute a curated mix of high-quality Thai and Chinese dishes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Korean Mastery : Take ownership of the authentic Korean menu, delivering exceptional taste and up-to-date presentation.
- Pan-Asian Mix : Comfortably execute a select mix of high-quality Thai and Chinese dishes to round out the menu.
- Premium Standards : Focus heavily on flawless flavor profiles and high-end plating. Every plate leaving the kitchen must look and taste premium.
- Kitchen Leadership : Act as the senior expert on the line,



guiding the CDPs and Commis chefs to ensure consistent resto-bar standards.

Requirements :

- Senior-level experience (Sous Chef or strong Senior CDP) in a premium Pan-Asian kitchen.
- Mandatory: Deep, undisputed expertise in authentic Korean cuisine.
- Comfortable and experienced in handling secondary Thai and Chinese dishes.
- A strong understanding of modern plating and high-end presentation.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
