Antheia is an intimate boutique resort at Pawna Lake, offering a unique escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. We are just 2.5 hours away from Mumbai, 1.5 hours from Pune and 45 mins from Lonavala. We are spread across 3 acres of area, have 3 types of accommodation and currently have 7 keys/ 9 rooms along with the banquet and restaurant facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high-quality standards
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring efficiency and teamwork
- Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in compliance with regulations
- Monitor inventory, food stock levels, and kitchen supplies
- Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control
- Ensure timely service and consistency in food quality
- Handle guest feedback related to food and take corrective actions
- Step in as acting Head Chef in their absence

Requirements :





- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in resorts or luxury hospitality
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, hygiene practices)
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
