Position: Teacher / Instructor
We are seeking experienced and committed educators to join our team and train aspirants for careers in the Police and Army .
Responsibilities :
- Prepare modular, exam-focused study material and handouts.
- Mentor students in discipline, confidence-building, and interview preparation.
- Support physical training modules with theoretical knowledge where required.
- Contribute to curriculum development and localized teaching strategies.
Qualifications :
- Mandatory : 4-5 years of prior teaching/training experience in a similar academy (Police/Army/Defence coaching).
- Robust communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Ability to design exam-oriented notes and practice sheets.
