Requirements :

- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant teaching experience across different age groups (K-12) as an Art & Craft Teacher.
- Experience in planning and conducting school exhibitions, competitions, and art events.
- Proficiency in various media (drawing, painting, sculpture, craft materials)
- Prior work with diverse learners and inclusive art and craft instruction.
- Willingness to relocate to Visnagar, Gujarat
- Commitment to continuous professional development in fine arts' and crafts' pedagogy.
- Strong work ethic and high work quality standards

Responsibilities :

- Planning and conducting engaging art and craft lessons across grade levels
- Teaching various techniques including drawing, painting, sculpture, and paper craft
- Encouraging creativity, imagination, and self-expression among students
- Organising art exhibitions, competitions, and classroom displays
- Assessing students’ progress and providing constructive feedback
- Maintaining an inventory of art materials and ordering supplies as needed
- Guiding students in developing portfolios for competitions or external displays
- Promoting awareness of cultural and traditional Indian art forms
- Supervising and assisting students during practical sessions




- Collaborating with teachers for school events, backdrops, and decorations
- Keeping records of student participation and achievements
- Creating an inclusive and positive environment for all learners
- Updating oneself with new art trends, tools, and educational techniques
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the art room and materials
- Communicating deadlines, timelines, lead times and priorities to team members
- Planning work schedules ahead of time in concurrence with team members and other leaders
