Job Title : Tamil Teacher (Higher Secondary)

Location : Vidhya Matric Higher Secondary School

Job Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities :

- Teach Tamil language and literature for Higher Secondary students.
- Prepare lesson plans based on the prescribed syllabus.
- Conduct tests, assignments, and internal assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom workplace.
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and academic planning.

Qualifications :

- M.A. in Tamil (preferred)
- B.Ed. (mandatory)
- Additional teaching certifications are an advantage.

Experience :

- Minimum 1-3 years teaching experience in Higher Secondary preferred.

Skills :

- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students
