- Coordinate and supervise the academic and co-curricular activities of the Kindergarten section
- Support and mentor Kindergarten teachers in lesson planning and classroom practices
- Ensure effective implementation of the curriculum and activity-based learning methods
- Monitor student development and maintain academic standards
- Plan and organize special events, celebrations, and parent engagement activities
- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers
- Maintain regular communication with parents and address concerns professionally
- Work closely with the school management to achieve educational goals
