Self Online Study (SOS), a US-based education service recently launched in India, is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Tele-Communication Brand Ambassadors. We have openings for full-time and part-time positions for experienced professionals, as well as internships for freshers.
Role Overview :
- Mode: Hybrid (primarily online, with offline requirements as needed)
- Responsibilities: Communicate SOS products and services to students, parents, and teachers
- Location: Based in Jamshedpur (Work from Home; requires a laptop, secure internet connection, and a smartphone)
Requirements :
- Qualifications: Must hold a graduate degree
- Language: Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Hindi
- Experience:
1-2 years of experience in a call center or BPO is preferred
- Attributes: Organized, self-disciplined, honest, and capable of working independently with mínimal supervision
Offer Details :
- Schedule: 4-6 hours per day, 6 days a week (Monday to Sunday)
- Internship Structure: Includes two weeks of comprehensive unpaid training on our products, CRM, and AI tools, followed by a 3-6 month paid internship
- Compensation: Monthly stipend plus sales commissions and group incentives
