Mrs India International Queen is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and experiences SENIOR COUNSELLOR/ TELECALLING EXCECUTIVE to join our team at Noida Sector 62.

- 3- 5 years of telecalling and sales experience is required! :

- The SENIOR COUNSELLOR / TELECALLING EXCECUTIVE will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our product or services and closing sales.

Salary is negotiable as per expertise and experience.

Freshers and Teachers do not apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and explain our services.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide them with product or service information.
- Follow up on leads and maintain an accurate database of customer interactions.
- Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services by explaining the benefits and answering questions.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues,



and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the team leader or manager.
- Keep up-to-date with company policies, and industry trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Graduate; a degree in a related field is a plus.

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales/customer service role .

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi :

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
