Supervise and support a team of teachers and staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

- Delegate responsibilities effectively, set clear expectations, and provide guidance and feedback to ensure the smooth functioning of the school.
- Ensure the implementation of the Maple Bear curriculum and educational standards, promoting holistic development across cognitive, social, emotional, and physical domains.
- Monitor and evaluate teaching practices, student progress, and learning outcomes, and initiate interventions or enhancements as needed.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence in teaching and learning, encouraging creativity, critical thinking, and inquiry-based approaches.
- Prioritize the well-being and safety of students, creating a nurturing and inclusive learning setting where every child feels valued and supported.
- Oversee student admissions, enrollment, and placement processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and school policies.
- Establish positive relationships with students and parents, addressing concerns,



providing support, and facilitating communication and engagement in the school community.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the school, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, facilities management, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, licensing standards, health and safety protocols, and Maple Bear's operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, financial metrics, and enrollment trends, and develop strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Plan and organize school events, workshops, seminars, and outreach activities to promote parental involvement, community partnerships, and student enrichment.
- Represent the school at meetings, conferences, and networking events, advocating for Maple Bear's educational philosophy and values.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
