Job Type : Full-time

- Curriculum & Lesson Planning : Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans based on the CBSE/NCERT curriculum, ensuring all topics are covered within the academic year.
- Instruction & Assessment : Deliver engaging and creative lessons, using digital tools and smartboards. Conduct regular assessments, assignments, and periodic tests to track student progress.
- Board Preparation : Prepare students for CBSE Board Examinations through specialized revision, sample papers, and remedial classes for struggling students.
- Student Engagement : Foster an interactive classroom environment that promotes critical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific inquiry.
- Parent Communication : Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to provide constructive feedback on student academic progress and behavioral development.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Education : Master’s Degree in Physics or Applied Physics from a recognized university.
- Professional Qualification : B.Ed.



or equivalent degree mandatory.
- Experience : Minimum 2-4 years of experience teaching Physics at the senior secondary level (Class XI & XII) in a recognized CBSE school.

- Subject Expertise : Strong conceptual clarity in core physics areas.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

- Classroom Management : Ability to manage a classroom effectively and handle diverse learning needs.

Desirable Attributes

- Experience in coaching for competitive exams like JEE/NEET.
- Knowledge of NEP (National Education Policy) compliant teaching methods.
