Key Responsibilities :

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support children’s social, emotional, and behavioral development.
- Encourage language development through storytelling, songs, and interactive play.
- Observe and assess children’s progress and maintain records.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and well-being.
- Ensure classroom safety, hygiene, and organization at all times.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff for curriculum planning and school events.
- Use creative teaching methods including art, music, movement, and play.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Prior experience working with preschool or early years children preferred.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively.
- Basic knowledge of child development principles.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
