- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Prepare lesson plans, reports, and maintain student records as per CBSE and school guidelines.
- Organize co-curricular and extra-curricular activities for holistic development.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to adapt learning strategies as needed.
- Support the school in maintaining discipline and positive classroom management.
Qualifications (As per CBSE Norms) :
- Minimum 10+2 (Senior Secondary) with at least 50% marks and Certificate/Diploma in Pre-primary/Early Childhood Teacher Training (from a recognized institute, 1-2 years program) OR :
- Graduate degree with Diploma/Certificate/Post Graduate Diploma in Pre-Primary/Early Childhood Education/Human Development/Home Science OR :
- B.El.Ed. (Bachelor of Elementary Education) / B.Ed.
(with specialization in Early Childhood/Pre-Primary Education) OR :
- Three years post-qualification experience in the relevant field is desirable.
