Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with Maharashtra State Board/CBSE curriculum, incorporating interactive activities, storytelling, and visual aids.
- Assess student progress through formative assessments, projects, and exams; provide constructive feedback and report to parents.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom setting, managing behavior and encouraging participation.
- Organize extracurricular activities like elocution, drawing, and field trips to enhance learning.
- Collaborate with parents, school management, and fellow teachers for student development plans.
- Update professional knowledge through workshops and contribute to school events.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or D.Ed. with specialization in primary education prefered, preference for English medium background.




- Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience in English medium primary schools.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in Marathi/Hindi is a plus.
- Knowledge of child psychology, modern teaching methodologies (e.g., play-way method, activity-based learning).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, digital teaching tools, and basic computer skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Creative in using technology (e.g., smartboards, educational apps) for interactive lessons.
- Passion for child development and ability to handle diverse learning needs.
- Team player with empathy and patience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
