- Conduct proper consultation before every service
- Understand client expectations and preferences
- Recommend suitable skincare and makeup products

Hygiene & Maintenance

- Maintain hygiene standards for brushes, tools, and makeup products
- Ensure makeup station is clean and organized at all times
- Follow salon SOPs and safety standards

Sales & Business Contribution

- Promote makeup packages and add-on services
- Support retail sales through product recommendation
- Maintain customer relationship and encourage repeat visits

Coordination & Teamwork





- Coordinate with hair stylists and salon team during bridal and event bookings
- Manage time effectively during appointments and events
- Support salon operations during busy schedules
