- Oversee the end-to-end operational delivery of training programmes, workshops, and corporate learning initiatives.

- Coordinate training schedules, venues, trainers, learning materials, participant registrations, and other logistical requirements.

- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure programmes are delivered efficiently and in line with client expectations.

- Coordinate with sales, business development, training, finance, HR, and other relevant departments.

- Liaise with corporate clients, trainers, and external vendors to address operational requirements and resolve issues.

- Establish and monitor operational processes, SOPs, KPIs, and service quality standards.

- Monitor programme costs, resource allocation, budgets, and operational efficiency.

- Maintain accurate operational records, reports, training schedules, and performance dashboards.

- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

- Manage and guide the operations team, delegate responsibilities, and monitor team performance.





- Ensure compliance with applicable company policies, contractual commitments, and relevant regulatory requirements.

- Support management with operational planning, reporting, and initiatives to improve business performance.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within a corporate training, education, consulting, or skilled services environment.

- Strong skills in project coordination, process improvement, resource planning, and team management.

- Excellent organisational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with training management systems, LMS platforms, CRM systems, or ERP tools will be an advantage.

- Strong stakeholder management and client service skills.
