Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Job Type : Full-time Working Days : 5 Days a Week Shift Timing : 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (US Shift) Experience Required : 2-3 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with US clients
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and skilled manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Required Skills :

- 2-3 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service
- Experience in US client communication preferred
- Excellent English verbal and written communication
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Ability to work in night shifts
