Experience Requirement :

- 1-3 years of experience in B2C Inside Sales or BPO (voice process) within a service-based industry.
- Hands-on experience in handling outbound sales calls and inbound customer queries.
- Exposure to lead conversion, renewals, and upselling in a call-center/BPO environment is preferred.

Job Summary :

- Understand customer needs and pitch services based on individual customer scenarios.
- Convert inbound leads and proactively follow up on outbound leads for closures.
- Identify and convert upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Handle and close renewal leads efficiently.
- Maintain systematic and time-bound follow-ups using CRM/tools.
- Act as the single point of contact for customers during the sales lifecycle.
- Ensure customers receive clear, accurate, and timely information.
- Deliver high-quality customer experience in line with company standards.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

Knowledge :

- Lead qualification and call handling etiquette.
- Need-based and value-based selling techniques.




- Objection handling and closure methods.
- Upselling, cross-selling, and renewal conversion.
- Ownership of customer cases end-to-end.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
