Customer Service Advisor - US E-Commerce Process (Voice)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Customer Service Advisor to support customers for a US-based e-commerce process through inbound voice interactions. The role involves resolving customer queries related to orders, payments, cancellations, and returns while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle approximately 40-50 inbound customer calls per day :

- Assist customers with order cancellations, refunds, returns, and payment-related queries :

- Provide professional, courteous, and empathetic customer support

- Meet defined service quality standards and performance metrics :

- Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems

- Follow established process guidelines and compliance requirements

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently





Required Skills and Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience in voice-based customer support :

- Solid verbal communication skills in English :

- Ability to handle customer queries in a professional manner

- Familiarity with CRM tools or customer interaction systems

- Basic understanding of customer service workflows in e-commerce or service industries

- Willingness to work in US shift timings
